As the waves progress, different enemy types such as acid, shielded, tank, fast, and slime microbes challenge your defenses, along with occasional boss battles that test your strategy.

Players need to balance between targeting threats and gathering resources to improve defenses. A defensive burst ability is available to help in critical moments, adding a layer of tactical timing. Between runs, permanent upgrades can be chosen to strengthen the spore core, encouraging repeated play and growth. Spore Guard offers a blend of strategic defense and resource management, appealing to fans of monster-themed PvE challenges. With intuitive controls that involve tapping enemies and biomass, the game creates a dynamic experience focused on survival against increasingly difficult microbial invasions.

How to Play

Tap enemies to focus the spore's shots. Tap glowing biomass to collect it. Use the defensive burst when the meter is ready, or press Space on desktop. Survive waves, choose mutations, grow permanent upgrades between runs, and protect the core for the highest score.
